Paper will accept everything, but the construction site will verify every mistake. An effective BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is not a bureaucracy, but a precise manual for exchanging information.

Many Investors treat the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) as \u201eanother thick document\u201d that lands in a drawer as soon as the contract is signed. This is a mistake. If the BEP is not a living communication tool, it becomes just a wish list rather than a real construction support.

\"3\ufe0f\u20e3\"<\/span>\u00a0Common Data Exchange (CDE) standards - Where is the \u201etruth\u201d? The Common Data Environment is the heart of the project. In the BEP we need to be clear: what platform we are working on, how we name files (naming convention) and how the documentation approval process works. A lack of a standard is a guaranteed mess in drawing versions.
