      We are starting a new investment in Ruda \u015al\u0105ska. As a General Contractor, we are responsible for the project for Hillwood Polska. The scope of our work includes: construction of a warehouse building construction of office and social space construction of a cold store within the designed hall reconstruction of external infrastructure. The new facility will consist of: a warehouse hall with an area of 4277.14 m\u00b2 office space with an area of 336.75 m\u00b2 The investment is carried out in the post-mining areas in Ruda \u015al\u0105ska - Wirek. It is another example of revitalising post-industrial areas and returning them to active economic use. Areas that have remained unused for years are now gaining new functions and new energy. One of the most interesting aspects of the project will be the connection of the new structure to the existing hall and the precise coordination of the assembly technology. Breeam In Use certification is planned. We thank the Investor for his trust.
