Many of the facilities we erect as GENERAL CONTRACTOR are built on the basis of sustainability \"\ud83c\udf3f\"<\/span>\u00a0One example is the Hillwood S\u0142ubice II development, which recently received BREEAM certification at EXCELLENT level!<\/span><\/div>

To achieve such a high rating, we had to take care of a number of environmental aspects \"\u267b\ufe0f\"<\/span><\/div><\/div>
Among other things, the investment has been fitted with a state-of-the-art system for monitoring and reducing electricity consumption. The facility was also equipped with LED lighting, a covered bicycle parking area with a repair station \"\ud83d\udeb4\"<\/span> A special system to reduce water consumption has been installed \"\ud83d\udca6\"<\/span> And in addition, the green areas have been taken care of.<\/div>
