Another construction project by Rex-Bud Budownictwo has started in Mysłowice. The envisaged total area of the warehouse facility and office building is approximately 23,000 sq m. The expansion is taking place on the site of another hall that originally existed at this location, demolition work of which is already underway. As part of the project, Rex-Bud Budownictwo will carry out the construction and reconstruction of the associated infrastructure, as well as the hardening of the property. The existing hall will also be adapted to a fire load of more than 4,000 MJ/m2.
The building predisposes to BREEAM certification for
EXCELLENT level.
