As Rex-Bud Budownictwo, we are a company with exclusively Polish capital specialising in general contracting of industrial, warehouse, logistics, retail and other investments.
Our story began in 1995. Back then, as a small, passionate company, we took our first steps in the construction industry with a vision to invest in people, technology and knowledge.
We create concepts tailored to the investor's requirements and the nature of the building, as well as the constraints of the specific location, the law or other factors. In the design process we use the most innovative software such as Autodesk Autocad, Autodesk Robot Analysis Professional, Tekla Structures.
Every construction site, every hall, every industrial project is different - with different constraints, requirements, purpose and expectations. Throughout the entire period of investment, our highly specialised professionals use their skills and professional experience to ensure complete coordination, quality, timeliness, safety and compliance with the objectives of the projects and constructions we carry out.
Our service to the investor often begins as soon as a plot of land is sought. We provide full architectural, multi-discipline and executive documentation. We take care of obtaining approvals, conditions and permits from the very first stages of construction right through to obtaining the Occupancy Permit.
For more than 30 years, we have built many production halls, warehouse halls, logistics halls, food industry halls, retail halls, sports halls, vehicle inspection stations, office buildings and many other industrial buildings. The qualifications acquired in this way allow us to take full responsibility for the course, quality and punctuality of the investments without any fear.
Each time we offer our clients a proven technical solution developed by our design team. We ensure the highest quality of workmanship, excellent acoustic and thermal insulation parameters, as well as low maintenance costs and trouble-free operation of the steel halls we build. We use modern solutions and materials developed with the environment in mind, minimising the impact of the investment on nature (e.g. using renewable energy sources).
