The controller of the personal data obtained through the Site within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: „RODO”), is Rex-Bud.
The subject of this Privacy Policy is information on the processing of personal data of users of the Site (hereinafter: „Users”), concerning in particular the type of data obtained, the means of processing them, as well as the rights of Users in this respect.
HOW REX-BUD OBTAINS PERSONAL DATA
- Users, by interacting with the functionalities of the Website, provide Rex-Bud with their personal data to the extent described below.
- Contact
Users using the possibility to contact Rex-Bud (e-mails, telephone calls, contact form) provide Rex-Bud with personal data of their choice, such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number. The provision of personal data in this respect is voluntary, but necessary to enable Rex-Bud to respond to the User's enquiries. - Recruitment
Through the Website, Users can participate in the recruitment for vacancies organised by Rex-Bud. This is related to sending Rex-Bud a professional resume (CV), in which, in accordance with Article 221 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), personal data are indicated in the scope of first name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and course of previous employment. The provision of personal data in this respect is voluntary, but necessary in order to take part in the recruitment. - Data transmitted automatically
By using the Website, Users provide Rex-Bud with information that constitutes personal data, such as the IP number, which further allows Rex-Bud to obtain information on, among other things, the devices Users use, the websites Users view and the traffic of Users on the Website. The provision of personal data in this respect is voluntary, but necessary for the proper use of the Site.
PURPOSES AND MEANS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- Rex-Bud processes Users' personal data for the following purposes and in the following ways:
- to analyse the behaviour of Users on the Site and to identify the categories of Users who use the Site - in order to improve the Website and the functionalities and content available through it and to ensure that the needs of Users are met; the basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO - Rex-Bud's legitimate interest in developing its business;
- contact with users - in order to provide service to Users; the basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO - Rex-Bud's legitimate interest in the reliable conduct of its business;
- recruitment - seeking to conclude a contract of employment or co-operation with Rex-Bud as part of the ongoing recruitment process; the basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) RODO: the processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data are kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing, in particular:
- The data obtained in connection with the User's contact with Rex-Bud are stored for the time necessary to process the request or provide the service;

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
- Rex-Bud does not disclose Users' personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for legitimate reasons. In particular, Rex-Bud may provide personal data to third parties in the following cases:

- Disclosure of data to service providers, subcontractors and other third parties providing services to Rex-Bud for the maintenance and operation of the Site;

- The User is entitled to request Rex-Bud to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their personal data and to object to the processing. If Rex-Bud is found to be processing personal data in a non-compliant manner, the User is entitled to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) that may produce legal effects against Users or similarly significantly affect Users.
COOKIES
- In order to enable the use of the Site, it is necessary to use so-called "cookies", i.e. information stored by the server on the Users' computer, which is then read each time the Internet browser is connected. The Site saves and uses the following cookies:

These types of files allow Users to use the Site correctly and as intended. They allow Users to visit the Site and view the content that is made available on the Site in an uninterrupted and fully secure manner. - Functional
Functional cookies allow the Site to remember the settings made by the User, so that the User does not have to indicate his/her preferences or decide to consent to the use of cookies each time he/she visits the Site. - Analytical
This category includes files that allow Rex-Bud to verify the traffic of Users on the Website. With their use, Rex-Bud is not able to verify the identity of Users - the data is completely anonymous. Furthermore, the cookies used on the Website are divided into session and permanent cookies. „Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the Site or switches off the browser. „Permanent” cookies are stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
- Cookies are used on the Site for the following purposes:
- to adapt the content and optimise the Site to the User's preferences;
- the creation and analysis of statistics showing how Users use the Site;
- the ability to remember your chosen settings for the Site, including not allowing certain content to be displayed in the future.
- Cookies placed on the User's terminal equipment may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.
- Due to the function of the necessary cookies, it is not possible to disable them. Otherwise, the User may at any time delete stored cookies and disable the Website's ability to store them. Rex-Bud stipulates that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security and maintaining User preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may make it impossible, to use the Site. - Rex-Bud does not use cookies for purposes other than those specified above. In addition, Rex-Bud does not grant access to cookies to third parties, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy or unless this is necessary to maintain and ensure the functionality of the Website.
ADDITIONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES
- The forms on the Website and communication with the server are carried out using the SSL data security protocol. This ensures that the personal data transmitted (e.g. via a contact form) is encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
- Rex-Bud regularly updates the software and plug-ins used to process personal data. Access to Rex-Bud's storage areas for personal data, such as email, is secured by passwords known only to those authorised by Rex-Bud, used only on individual company devices - desktops, laptops and phones, access to which is secured by password and/or other security systems. Passwords are changed periodically to prevent hacking.
- Messages can be checked using an automated spam detection service.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- Rex-Bud reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in reasonable circumstances, in particular in the event of modifications to the functionality of the Website and in the event of changes to the relevant legislation.

- If you are a direct contractor of the Administrator, the basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) RODO - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party, and in the case of personal data of other persons, the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO - the Administrator's legitimate interest is to ensure the proper performance of the contract. In addition, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, the Administrator will process personal data in order to establish, assert or defend possible claims - the Administrator's legitimate interest is to ensure legal protection.
- The personal data that will be processed has been provided to the Administrator directly by you or your employer or colleague and includes contact details, in particular: name, surname, telephone number, email address, mailing address.
- The personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract between you or your employer or co-worker and the Administrator and, after its termination, on the basis indicated in the second sentence of paragraph 2 above, within the time limits set by law, including accounting law, and until the statute of limitations for possible claims arising from the contract or activities aimed at concluding the contract.
- You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data by the Controller:

- In addition, personal data will be processed by the Administrator's employees/co-workers authorised in this respect.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, without such data, it will not be possible to fulfil the contract.
- Personal data may be transferred to third countries in the context of the IT infrastructure used by the Administrator. In cases of indicated transfers, appropriate and adequate safeguards required by data protection legislation are applied and it is possible to obtain a copy of the data transferred to third countries.
- Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling) that may produce legal effects against you or similarly significantly affect you.
