On internships and apprenticeships that allow you to get to know the specifics of our company and the industry from the inside (both in the office and on site).
The new employee is welcomed according to the established onboarding process and is thoroughly introduced to the company and the team. He or she undergoes the necessary induction training, including health and safety. Duties are introduced in stages and regular meetings are held to monitor progress and promote effective working.

The headquarters of the Rex-Bud Budownictwo Group is located in Łódź, at Nieszawska Street. Our 5ha architectural studio also operates at the same address. The RBT Kształtowniki Zimnogięte production plant is located in Zgierz, at Struga Street. Our constructions are carried out all over Poland.

Due to the nature of our business - as a general contractor in the construction industry - most of our work takes place directly on construction sites or in a stationary office (e.g. design department, production preparation, administration).
