Production facilities

We design and build production halls with productivity, ergonomics and work safety in mind. Thanks to our many years of experience, we create facilities that are fully tailored to the needs of investors - from the functional layout to the selection of materials and formal support at every stage of the investment.

From concept to commissioning: how long does it take to build a production hall?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions by investors, and the answer is complex. The lead time for the construction of a production hall depends on many factors, such as the scale and complexity of the project, the specifics of the technological process, the type of materials used, and the formal and legal efficiency associated with obtaining all permits. As a general contractor, we go to great lengths to minimise construction time through precise planning, the use of BIM technology and efficient management of the entire process, while guaranteeing the highest quality and safety.

What are the key milestones of a production hall project?

The realisation of a production hall is a multi-stage process in which each step is crucial to the final outcome. It starts with an analysis of the investor's needs and the preparation of a facility concept that corresponds to the specifics of the planned production and logistics processes. This is followed by the development of project documentation - increasingly often in BIM technology, which allows for better coordination of work and minimises errors already at the planning stage. In parallel, formal activities such as obtaining permits or preparing the site for the investment are carried out.

The next stage is the construction work, which includes laying the foundations, assembling the steel structure and prefabricated elements, followed by the realisation of the hall shell, i.e. the walls and roof. Once the construction is complete, the installation of the installations - technological, sanitary, electrical and ventilation systems - as well as safety and environmental protection systems begins. An important element is also the social and office part, which, together with internal roads and car parks, forms a coherent whole of the investment.

Finally, finishing work, testing and technical acceptance follow, leading to the handover of the finished building to the investor. Thanks to our comprehensive approach, each of these stages is completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Let's build something special together!
