Contract Manager - Industrial Construction (m/f/n)

Remuneration:

Information on the expected salary will be provided to candidates prior to the first interview.

Preparation of a budget and timetable for investment implementation,
Sourcing subcontractors and carrying out the bidding process,
Effective technical and financial project management,
Creation of implementation schedules and their ongoing updating,
Coordination of construction work related to the contract,
Budget control and implementation,
Working closely with the Construction Manager and Construction Engineer,
Monitoring of the construction execution process based on the schedule and execution budget,
Responsibility and supervision of the completion of as-built construction documentation,
Preparing the construction site for acceptance procedures, including carrying them out effectively and obtaining all agreements, opinions and permits in a timely manner,
Settlement of the total investment in accordance with the schedule and budget set,
Maintenance of an inventory of investment documentation, archiving.

Higher education in construction (min. engineering),
Authorisation to direct works in structural and civil engineering specialisation,
Experience in a similar position,
Proficiency in MS Office software, MS Project,
Knowledge of design software (including ACAD),
Driving licence - cat,
Availability (willingness to work on a business trip),
Self-reliance in action,
Ability to work as part of a team,
Communication and negotiation skills,responsibility, conscientiousness, honesty,
