What tasks await you?

  • Site supervision.
  • Supervise the work of subordinate employees, equipment and subcontractors.
  • Preparation of the measurement of the progress of the works.
  • Coordinating the work of subcontractors and the supply of materials.
  • Supervision and control of the progress of the work in progress.
  • Knowing and working to an agreed work schedule.
  • Preparation of documentation for procurement.
  • Execution of orders on behalf of the Contract Manager.
  • Monitoring of the status of orders placed, material deliveries.
  • Quantity surveys, acceptance of deliveries on site.
  • Controlling and documenting the quality of construction work.
  • Reporting on the implementation of the works.
  • Meeting construction cost and schedule targets.
  • Preparation of subcontracting and sales documentation.

What skills are required?

  • Higher education in construction (min. engineering).
  • Authorisation to direct works in structural and civil engineering specialisation.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programmes, MS Project.
  • Driving licence - cat.
  • Availability (willingness to work on business trips).
  • Self-reliance in action.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
