CLM PARK Lućmierz is the company's largest development project. CLM Park – is a modern warehouse space built for rent. The entire complex is located on a 6.5-hectare plot.
As Rex-bud Budownictwo, we had the pleasure of being the General Contractor for the existing halls, and we are currently implementing another investment in this area, during which the current warehouse complex will be expanded. to the target area of 22,600 m².
In August 2021, construction work began on a modern 3,000 m² hall equipped with sprinklers and four loading bays.
The construction of the warehouse building was completed at the turn of November and December 2021.
