MDC2 Park Gliwice is a modern distribution centre located at the junction of two major Polish motorways, the A1 and A4. The complex consists of three warehouse buildings with a total area of almost 57,000 sq m!
In response to current market needs, the investment in Gliwice was designed and built based on the principles of sustainable construction. A number of environmentally friendly solutions were implemented on the premises, such as:
🌱Roofs adapted for the installation of photovoltaic panels,
🌱Media consumption monitoring system,
🌱Outdoor sports and recreation area, Rest&Move
🌱Biodiversity of greenery around buildings,
🌱Chargers for electric cars
🌱and covered bicycle shelters.
The project is eligible for BREEAM New Construction certification at the highest possible level – OUTSTANDING!
