ℹ️ Thomas is a man who has done the impossible in sport, beating 20-time and 10-time IRONMAN, among others!
The competition will take place over two distances.
✅ The first is a four-lap long-distance triathlon, which will consist of a 15.2km swim, a 720km bike ride and a 168.8km run.
✅ In contrast, participants in the 10-kilometre triathlon will have 38km to swim, 1,800km to cycle and 422km to run.
