As General Contractor, we are responsible for the redevelopment of the existing production facility with its extension to include new warehouse and social and office functions.
The scope of work carried out includes:
construction of the steel structure of the technological flyover with foundations,
construction of a technical building with sanitary and electrical installations,
construction of a storage building for raw materials and semi-finished products, together with a manoeuvring area,
the realisation of a laboratory with a storage area and a three-storey office and staff area.
The total built-up area of the development is nearly 8,700 m².
The reconstruction of the plant will increase its production capacity, improve the efficiency of technological processes, expand the product range and better adapt production to growing market demand. Particular elements of the project are modern technological and functional solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of production and improving the organisation of the work of the plant for alcoholic products, low-proof beverages and carbonated beverages. A distinctive feature of the project is the storage and cooling part of the laboratory, designed in accordance with the requirements of the technology for storing raw materials for production.
We also incorporate ESG-supported solutions in the implementation of investments 
On site, we will use a system to recirculate the water used to water the concrete structures and reduce dust.
