We have completed the extension!

Expansion of the modern logistics centre in Dąbrówka Wielka completed!

We have written about the Hillwood Zgierz I investment many times in the context of the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which resulted in obtaining BREEAM New Construction certification at the EXCELLENT level! This time, we are returning to the site to show you the results of our work, which included the expansion of this facility by an additional 12,000 sq m of usable space.

Currently, the centre comprises nearly 70,000 sq m of Class A warehouse space with an above-standard height of 12 m and increased floor load capacity of up to 8 tonnes per sq m!
