We are very pleased to announce that we have signed a new contract with the Danish company DSV!
ℹ️DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is an international company that delivers and manages supply chain solutions every day.
The building will be constructed in a ’design and build’ system, based on BIM technology with sustainable development principles. The total area of the investment will amount to almost 27 000 sq m. The scope of our work will include a specialist design and construction of a logistics and warehousing hall together with a modern two-storey social and office building occupying 2,000 sqm. In addition, an extensive car park will be built on the site. We will also take care of new planting to ensure increased biodiversity in the area.
The £ód¼ development will be equipped with an energy-efficient lighting system, which will ensure maximum reduction in electricity consumption in the project area. Furthermore, the facility will be equipped with energy storage and charging stations for electric bicycles, cars and trucks.
The building will be completed in 2025.
