Rex-Bud Budownictwo became the general contractor for the construction of a warehouse and production hall carried out in cooperation with Prologis. The facility, with a built-up area of over 11,000 sq m, was constructed in a mixed steel and reinforced concrete construction.
The scope of our work also included the construction of an office and staff building, a fire pumping station with a water tank, car parks, hardened manoeuvring areas, a storage shed and internal installations and external networks. Photovoltaic panels were installed as one of the ecological energy sources.
The building was being prepared for BREEAM certification at VERY GOOD level.
