A lot of work ahead of us! We are very happy to announce that we have become the GENERAL CONTRACTOR for the next investment in Dąbrówka Wielka near Zgierz! The Hillwood Zgierz II logistics centre will consist of two warehouse halls with a total area of approximately 77,000 sqm!

The investment was carried out in Środa Wielkopolska for the company Decora SA Decora SA is an international manufacturing company that focuses its activities on the production of technologically advanced floor bases, mouldings and floor profiles. As the General Contractor, we constructed a logistics and warehouse hall together with a social and office building with an area of 23,600 m². Yesterday saw the grand opening of a modern steel structure design auditorium at the Technical University of Lodz under the patronage of the Rex-Bud Budownictwo company in the presence of Representatives of the City, the Technical University of Lodz, the Rex-Bud Budownictwo company and other guests.The teaching room underwent a complete refurbishment and was equipped with a number of teaching aids such as a full-scale seven-metre portal frame, an exhibit with the four basic types of connections between beams and columns of spatial frame systems used in steel structures, cold-formed purlins on I-beams, models of truss nodes, etc. As of the upcoming academic year, students of the Faculty of Construction, Architecture and Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Łódź will be learning steel structure design in a new, functional room, and practically during every class in the issues discussed, lecturers will be able to use exhibits showing real structural solutions.All in line with our slogan „Rex-Bud. With us you will understand more.” Also involved in the project were:The design studio - Libido Architekci, which made the design of the Auditorium, and the company Fibre System- responsible for the repair and reinforcement of the floor.
