We are proud to present the latest photo material from one of our top projects!MDC2 Park Gliwice is a modern distribution centre located at the junction of Poland's two most important motorways A1 and A4. The complex consists of a complex of three warehouse halls with a total area of almost 57,000 sqm! In response to current market needs, the investment in Gliwice was designed and built based on the principles of sustainable construction. A number of environmentally friendly solutions have been applied to the site, such as:🌱Roofs adapted for installation of photovoltaic panels,🌱Monitoring system for media consumption,🌱An outdoor sports and leisure area, Rest&Move🌱Biodiversity of greenery around the buildings,🌱Electric car chargers🌱and covered bicycle sheds. The development predisposes to BREEAM New Construction certification at the highest possible level - OUTSTANDING!

We love to show you the final results of our work! 💪 Today we move to Łódź, where we carried out a project to modernise and expand a logistics centre together with a social and office building. The owner gained around 12,000 sqm of modern usable space thanks to our work! We are delighted to announce that our RBT plant in Zgierz has been awarded as many as two BREEAM In Use certificates at an excellent level - EXCELLENT! The documents were awarded to both the existing part of the building and the newly constructed one! Such a high rating was due to numerous pro-ecological solutions. Among other things, the project has installed:➔ photovoltaic panels,➔ electric car charging stations,➔ a system to prevent water leaks,➔ and water-saving fittings and white goods! This is another step towards creating a responsible future 💚

We recently travelled to the headquarters of the Krwinka Foundation in Łódź, where we had the pleasure of participating in the official summary of the „Time for LoveR” campaign. - we shoot kilometres for children suffering from cancer! The holidays in the Rex-Bud Construction Group were marked by physical activity 🚲We had a lot of bike trips, hundreds of places visited, thousands of kilometres covered and, above all, a lot of fun! And all this to support the charges of the Blood Cells Foundation ➡️➡️➡️ https://www.krwinka.org/ We joined the campaign for the first time, but this is certainly not our last adventure! Thanks to the work of the entire Team, together we managed to travel almost 12,500 km, which resulted in taking SECOND place! We are extremely grateful to everyone who joined this initiative - your commitment shows how much power we have when we act together! ❤️Dziękujemy for every kilometre travelled, the collective energy and the fight to the very end. 🚲We also extend our heartfelt congratulations and thanks to the Individual Cyclists, the other Companies and the Organisers 🤝 We encourage you to take part in the next edition and to support the activities of the Krwinka Foundation!
