We are among the Experts 📢 We have joined the Innovation and Development Council! The event was organised on the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty, Artur Wirowski, Ph.D., professor of the university, the Vice-Dean for Development, Martyna Rabenda, Ph.D., and the Chairman of the Council, Jacek Szer, Ph.D., professor of the university. The company was represented at the first meeting by Anna Kuzańska, Director of Hr and Administration, and Przemysław Bobrowski, Structural Designer. During the event, we discussed the possibilities of further cooperation in terms of new projects and the organisation of student internships. As an experienced general contractor for industrial facilities, we guarantee timely project implementation, high quality workmanship and total commitment! And so it was this time, too, which is why we are proud to announce that we are starting the construction of a new industrial hall in Częstochowa for the investor Hillwood Polska! The facility, with an area of nearly 19,000 sqm, will be built next to an existing building, which we were also responsible for constructing. The investment will be equipped with modern solutions such as photovoltaic installations, electric car chargers and energy-efficient LED lighting.

We believe that the commitment and undertakings of our Employees deserve special support. That is why, during the annual Christmas meeting, we organised a unique „Letters to Santa” campaign, giving our Team the opportunity to share ideas and initiatives that are important to them ❣️💡 Among the many inspiring proposals, our attention was particularly drawn to a letter from Tomek, who asked for support for the activities of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Sobowice. His enthusiasm and willingness to help the local community immediately won our approval! Without hesitation, we decided to implement his idea, believing that together we could contribute to improving the working conditions of the volunteer fire brigade. They are the ones who guard safety every day! 🚒🧑‍🚒

We are pleased to publish the results of our work! Before you see the first part of the materials! This time we move to the Silesia region, to Mysłowice, where we have carried out a project of warehouse park extension in the ’design and build” system. The ’design and build’ formula is one of the most advantageous approaches to the realisation of an investment, which combines both design and workmanship under a single contract. Thanks to such a solution, the Investor receives a comprehensive service, and the construction process proceeds faster and more efficiently. The scope of our works included, among other things, demolition of the originally existing hall, construction of a new logistics and warehousing hall with a social and office building, execution of hardenings on the property, construction of an underground storage reservoir with a volume of 1,000 m3 and adjustment of the existing buildings to a fire load of over 4,000 MJ/m2. What is more, we also prepared the structure for the installation of cranes. In addition, in order to take care of the ecological aspects, flower meadows of more than 500 m2 were created on the site, which will ensure greater biodiversity in the vicinity of the investment In summary, thanks to our joint activities, the owner of the CBRE Investment Management facility has gained as much as 24,000 sqm of modern usable space!
