📍 3D scanning of the hall - Grodzisk Mazowiecki At one of the construction sites, we carried out the scanning of a steel and reinforced concrete hall using modern LiDAR technology and photogrammetry. 📌 Technology: 🔹 Leica RTC 360 - a laser scanner with a range of 130 m, an accuracy of ±2 mm and a scanning speed of 2 million pts/s for high precision measurements. 🔹 Drone photogrammetry - accurate mapping of the area around the hall, enabling geodetic analysis and visualisation. By combining the two methods, we have obtained a complete documentation of the site, which supports structural analysis, BIM, inspection and construction reviews, and allows us to monitor the quality of the hall's workmanship at the highest level! ➡️➡️➡️ Would you like to see the effects of the work live? This means that he has been building with us almost since the Company was founded! What sets him apart is, above all, his passion. Passion for action and helping! 🚒 Get to know him better 👇 ℹ️Co inspired you to join the Volunteer Fire Brigade?From a young age I was fascinated by the fire brigade, helping people in need. I remember as a child watching firefighters during rescue operations and admiring their courage and dedication. I wanted to be part of this community. What's more, ever since I was a child I have taken part in firefighting competitions, which require quite a lot of fitness. This is one of the things that drew me into this world. ℹ️Jak How long have you been active in the Voluntary Fire Brigade? I have been in the Voluntary Fire Brigade since 2003, which means more than 20 years of service! ℹ️Jak What does your job as Chief Fire Officer look like? As Chief Fire Officer of Sobowice Voluntary Fire Brigade, I am one of the members of the Board and at the same time the right hand of the President. My tasks are very varied and include both organisational and operational issues. I will soon be completing specialised training, which will give me more opportunities. I will then be able to go on various types of action. ℹ️W As part of the company's ’write a letter to Santa’ campaign, you and your colleagues wrote a request to support the activities of TSO in Sobowice. We succeeded. What did you use the money for? - A firefighter's basic equipment includes first and foremost appropriate clothing and boots. Unfortunately, the cost of a full firefighter's outfit is quite an expense, so we decided to ask for help. New clothes are not only a matter of comfort, but above all a guarantee of safety. This is what we have decided to spend the amount on. ℹ️Co Would you tell people who are considering joining a TSO?Is it worth joining a TSO? Definitely yes! I know a lot of people are asking themselves this question. Many times you hear different opinions - positive and negative. Let me tell you about it from my own experience. Being a volunteer firefighter gives you a great sense of community. In our TSO we act as a Team, we support each other. I often hear the question: ’Why a TSO when there is a State Fire Service?’. The State Fire Service is extremely important, but the volunteers are a necessary complement to it. We are often the first to arrive on the scene, provide first aid and secure the area. Thanks to our presence, the damage can be reduced and the help provided can be quicker. ℹ️Czym What do you do on a daily basis at Rex-Bud Construction and how long have you been working here? Over the 23 years of my work, I have had the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of construction projects, from huge industrial halls to smaller developments. I currently specialise in the installation of steel structures, which means that I often find myself at heights, so it's certainly not a job for everyone! Back to the beginning. The first project I worked on was an investment for the Lafarge Company. I remember that it was a very demanding project, but at the same time it gave me a solid foundation for further development. Since then I have had the opportunity to work on many other interesting investments, both in Poland and abroad. ℹ️Czy Do you manage to combine your work in Rex-Bud Budownictwo with the activity in TSO? Yes, I try to skilfully combine both roles. Success continues! We are happy to announce that we are expanding the Hillwood Zelgoszcz Logistics Centre, which currently houses Oponeo's main warehouse! Thanks to our work, the Tenant will gain an additional 𝟯𝟯 𝟬𝟬𝟬 m² of usable space! The building will be made entirely of reinforced concrete construction! Expansion of modern logistics centre in Dąbrówka Wielka completed! We have written about the Hillwood Zgierz I investment on more than one occasion in the context of the application of a number of pro-environmental solutions, which resulted in the BREEAM New Construction certification at EXCELLENT level! This time we are back on site to show you the effects of our work, which included the expansion of this facility by an additional 12,000 sq m of floor space. Currently, the centre consists of nearly 70,000 sqm of Class A warehouse space with an above-standard height of 12 m and an increased floor load capacity of up to 8T/sqm!
